Since its inception «Southern Building Group of Companies» has carried out construction of the cottage settlement «Green Cape». «Green Cape» is the first cottage settlement in Odessa, which conform with European standards. Among the results of company’s work are buildings of two famous restaurants: «Yokohama» on Deribassovskaya street and «Pulcinella» on Lanjeronovskaya street. «Southern Building Group of Companies» made the reconstruction of “Odessa Film Studio named after A. Dovzhenko». Company also built « The Odessa rehabilitation center for handicapped children named after Janusz Korchak», «Odessa Burn Center» as well as other objects.
